All vehicles where the engine size is less than 2000cc, we require a down payment of 1/3 the cost of the vehicle to begin the transaction, then the balance is payable upon delivery of the vehicle.

All vehicles where the engine size is greater than or equal to 2000cc, we require a first deposit of 1/3 the cost of the vehicle to begin the transaction. A second deposit of 20% the cost of the vehicle is also to be made when the vehicle is being cleared off the port, then the balance is payable upon delivery of the vehicle.

When we receive the full value for the vehicle, only then, the title of the vehicle shall change. Not withstanding the registration of the vehicle in the buyer's name nor even the fact that the vehicle has been delivered.

The goods will, however, be at the buyer's risk from the time delivery is made to him or any agent who/that acts properly on his behalf.

We, the seller, may enter upon any premises where the goods are kept in order to recover or make good on full value by repossession.

All cost, expenses and charges including legal fees that are incurred in any repossession / recovery exercise shall be so charged to the buyer.

When raising a claim under our guaranty policy the buyer must walk with his copy of the guaranty policy that was issued to him on delivery, in addition to his tax invoice.

• The Cost of the vehicle
• Shipping Freight, Freight Insurance
• T&T Duty, VAT, Motor Vehicle Tax (where applicable)
• The service of licensing the vehicle on your behalf.
• The service of mechanical review of vehicle.
• The service of interior & exterior detail of vehicle.
• Three (3) months warranty on engine and transmission.
• Seven (7) day warranty on all other peripheral parts.

All vehicles are delivered to the customer in its described condition.
